Shipping policy

Standard Shipping: 3-5 working days 

Order Processing: Orders are fulfilled within 1-2 working days (excluding weekends and holidays) from the time your payment is received and verified.

You will receive a confirmation email once your order has gone through. 

Lost or Damaged Items: If your package is lost, damaged or delayed, please contact us immediately. We will assist to investigate the issue, however, please be aware that Amalia Atelier is not liable for any lost or stolen items once the package has left our warehouse.
