Refund policy

• Final Sale: All sales are final and cannot be returned due to health and safety reasons.
• No Change of Mind: We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges if you change your mind, pick the wrong size, or do not like the color.

• Time Limit: You must tell us within 7 days of getting your order if there is a manufacturing fault or defect.
• Proof Required: Please email us clear photos of the fault.
• Resolution: If we agree the item is faulty, we will offer a full refund or a replacement pair. We will also pay for the return shipping of the faulty item.
